Public liability insurance is held and maintained across all our operations. Evidence of cover is available on request — we understand this is a standard requirement for procurement.

RAMS Provided as Standard
Risk assessments and method statements are produced and agreed before any site works begin. Health and safety documentation is not an afterthought — it's part of how we operate.
In-House Teams Only
We don't use agency labour or subcontract work out to manage our margins. The people on site are MTH operatives — employed, trained and accountable. That's how we maintain quality.

Responsible working from first dig to final finish

Responsible waste handling
All excavated spoil and construction waste is handled through licensed carriers and taken to registered disposal facilities. No shortcuts — documented from site to tip.
Minimising community disruption
We plan traffic management early, communicate with residents where required, and close roads for the minimum time necessary. Good civils practice and good neighbourliness are the same thing.
Right first time reduces waste
Quality reinstatement that passes first inspection means fewer return visits, less repeat excavation and lower material consumption. Doing it properly is better for everyone — including the environment.
